Each tower has separate passenger lifts and service elevators. Elevators in Capital Plaza have dedicated power backups.

SECURITY, CENTRAL AIR-CONDITIONING AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES 

CCTV cameras and security staff maintain round-the-clock security. They monitor common areas, entrance and exit points in the complex. It’s a centrally central-air-conditioned project. Also, a team of maintenance staff provides free-maintenance services for residents and infrastructure amenities.
